It is today the 4th generation of Guinois, soon 5th, who ensures the success of the Ferme Maraîchère A. Guinois& fils located at (in) St-Jacques-le-Mineur. Their abundant varieties of lettuces and fine herbs that make their specialty draws a hypnotic large bright green square just 35 km South of Montreal. Their main sales points are the fruits shops and different public markets of Quebec, of which is La Place des producteurs.
