The farm Gardens A. Guérin & son is the number one radish producer in Canada. It is a family owned business that has been farming sustainably since the beginning of the 60’s. They are located in Sherrington on the very fertile black soils and produce 3 types of radish: red, coloured and French, with or without its leaves. They also cultivate onions and carrots under the banner Vegco. In order to maintain available quantities and freshness of product, they sow and harvest on 30 acres of land every week. Moreover, they pack 15K boxes of radish with leaves and 10K of cello radish every week, in order to deliver fresh radish every day between Quebec, Ontario and the East Coast of the United States. The Guerin family is proud to wear the CanadaGap certification assuring top hygiene and traceability of its product.
