The Farm Domina Poissant, in the town of St-Rémi in Montérégie, is born with Michel Poissant’ mother. Over the years, they have enriched their production with new crops and today they grow soybeans and corn on a larger scale and also different vegetables such tomatoes, cucumber, peas and beans on a smaller scale. Their greenhouses work like the old-fashioned way, i.e. full soil and not hydroponics, and do not accept any pesticides. Despite fierce competition with other companies, some of which have expensive and restrictive certifications, Michel Poissant finds his motivation in the rigor of his work, the quality and freshness of his products and the return of his customers year after year.
