Roger Bibeau

Roger Bibeau is a market gardener and entrepreneur from the Les Cèdres, in West Montreal. He works tirelessly from March to November to produce lettuce, cauliflower, Spanish onion, beans, pumpkins and squash. Mr. Bibeau surrounds himself with loyal seasonal employees to ensure the entire cultivation process until harvest of his 80 hectares of field. He sells his entire production at La place des producteurs and also sells products from the Centre Maraîcher Eugène Guinois located in Châteauguay.
