Les Jardins M.G. is a market gardening business of fifth generation. It is today in the hands of Guy Palardy (4th generation) and Sylvain and Hugo Palardy (5th generation). It has developed over the year an expertise in eggplant production and has become the largest producer of the province. They cultivate over 100 hectares of early flowers and vegetables requiring a dozen permanent employees and 20 more for the high season.
