The Gardens J.A. Ouellet & Son, located on rang St-Paul in St-Rémi, is a 3-generation market gardening business. Pierre Ouellette, the father, and Olivier Ouellette, the son, cultivate wild strawberries and leeks on 20 arpents of land with a minimum of chemical intervention. In addition to selling at La Place des producteurs, they offer, in a warm, family atmosphere, a circuit to pick their strawberries from the start of the summer season.
