The Greenhouses Yves Touchette is a nine generation family owned business. It evolved immensely over the years and the market gardening aspect only started in the 80’s. It is a must in the ornamental horticultural sector in the Laurentides. They own 60 000 square feet of field and two immense greenhouses. Yves Touchette studied agricultural management in St-Hyacinthe, and today he can barely supply the increasing demand. We find his vegetables, cauliflower, cabbage, in small shops and in the big chains. We also find his floral arrangements on the façade of several restaurants such as Les Allumés in Blainville.
